Christmas Celebrations 2021-22

On 25th December, Christmas was celebrated in school as the offline classes had started and children were excited to meet Santa Claus. They themselves dressed up as Santa and brought gifts for their classmates.

Kabaddi

On many occasions we got the feedback from our parents to develop the students in sports. This year we developed a dedicated Kabaddi Team of our school and we got an opportunity to participate in the 4th RCSE State Games Championship. Our team won the championship in their age category. We are committed to enhance the skills of our team as well as to develop other sports in our school.

Parent’s Day Celebration

We believe that in the upbringing of a child both the parents play an equally important role. Hence, on the occasion of Mother’s Day, to celebrate parenthood, we invited the parents of students of classes Play group to Prep, to our school and organized a cultural programme presented by the children. The event was well applauded by the parents.

Activities at a Glance

Plays, music, dance, drawings, sports, crafts are the various sections of activities that we focus on. Apart from these we motivate children to participate in debate, speech and elocution competition. We insist parents to support children in all the extra activities they would love to pursue. “Participation is mightier than winning” is the spirit we want to impart in our glorious children. The future is competitive and only report cards won’t help your children succeed, hence Beacon school motivates various activities

Janamashtmi Celebrations 2022

The auspicious occasion, Janamashtmi is celebrated to mark the birth of Lord Krishna.

Janamashtmi is a Hindu festival celebrated on the eighth (ashtami) day of the dark fortnight of the month of Bhadrapada (August–September). The fact that Krishna is the eighth child of his mother, Devaki, gives the number eight additional significance in the Krishna mythology.

The school celebrated Janamashtmi on 18th August 2022 with students of classes Pre-Nursery and Nursery. The boys wore costumes representing Lord Krishna and girls representing Radha. The students enjoyed the special acts of ‘Matki fodna’ and Radha-Krishna dance.
